We accept most dental insurance providers at our office, including Medicaid, TennCare and CoverKids. We are also the only dental office in Counce that accepts Medicare and UnitedHealthcare Dual Complete™. We accept UnitedHealthcare Dual Complete insurance for and dentures as well as regular dental treatments. We have many years of experience in working with Dual Complete.
If you have insurance, we are happy to work with you to help you get maximum value from your benefits. We will help you obtain an estimate of coverage and file claims on your behalf. However, co-pays are due in full at the time of service, and you are responsible for any non-covered portion of your treatments costs. Please bring your insurance card and plan information to your first visit, and let us know any time you change plans or coverage.
We also offer in-office financing through the Flex Payment Plan for our patients without insurance. This option provides customized payment plans based on your financial situation, allowing you to receive general dental care such as dental cleanings, X-rays and exams as well as a discount on other treatments for an annual fee.
